27th October 2010 Windsurfing: Broadhaven Wind Direction: SW Wind Stength: F3-4 Surf / Sea State: Waist height Air Temperature: 16 Sea Temperature: OK Weather: Overcast Max Speed: Distance Covered: Well spaced soft waves and wind cross-on (more cross than on). Mainly off the plane on the way out and planing on the way in. Light wind gybe practice on the lake paid off as all my outside gybes were dry. Made some decent backside turns, but struggled to get speed down the line - need more practice. Really enjoyed the float and ride conditions - looking forward to next time. |
